In the successful implementation of the digitization process for PSIC Industrial Estates, and under the directions of MD PSIC, a focused session was held on the Estate Management Portal. The session was chaired by the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) PSIC and attended by the Director Estate Management along with his Deputy Director, Assistant Director, and all team, the relevant Consultants, and all Estate in charges of PSIC 23 Industrial Estates. DMD PSIC emphasized that the success of the system depends on the collective understanding and effective utilization of the portal across all levels. Director Estate Management provided a comprehensive briefing on both the Admin Portal and the Customer Portal, ensuring that participants understood the distinct functionalities, roles, and access levels associated with each.
A comprehensive walkthrough of each tab on the portal was provided, ensuring that all participants gained a clear understanding of its features and functionalities. The key objectives of the session were to resolve any ambiguities, promote value addition, and revisit the operational processes to reinforce clarity and alignment among all stakeholders. From logging in to bill payment and addressing relevant operational issues, every step of the portal’s functionality was thoroughly explained during the session. This ensured that all participants gained hands-on clarity on using the system efficiently.
