Minister Industries, Chaudhry Shafay Hussain held a review meeting on several PSIC projects. Starting with WBIC, the team presented details of the ongoing cohort framework, intake process, and the updated curriculum, covering learning modules, SOPs, and compliance requirements. Special emphasis was placed on growth exposure and industry interfacing during the current phase. The team also briefed the Minister on future plans and, in line with the vision of the Honorable Minister, work is to be initiated on replicating the same model in Multan, Layyah, and Gujrat.
Secondly, a review of SIE Quaidabad was conducted. The team presented a comprehensive overview of the scheme, including land details, location, major industries, development cost, and total number of plots. A pictorial presentation of the proposed building plans and layouts was also shared. Minister Sir appreciated the planning efforts and approved the finalized designs.
