Objectives
- To plan and provide skills development training to the locals in designing and home textiles related to khaddar including Stitching, and Hand embroidery.
- To offer Soft term Small Loans through PSIC’s ongoing loaning schemes to the passed out Trainees of the Center for their Self-employment.
- Providing marketing access to local artisans through PSIC Supply Chain Network of Pakistan Handicrafts Shops as well as Fairs and Exhibitions participated by PSIC.
- Provision of modern designs, advisory services and value addition in the traditional crafts specially Khaddar.
- Productive use of potential available with the females of the area and broadening new income opportunities and prosperity.
- Provide secured, safe and central work station to Females who are not encouraged to travel to markets for training and marketing of their products.
